Often times our clients have everything they need to succeed, they just require the resources and support to make a strategic jump. We worked on this project for several years and the end result was truly spectacular. By ensuring consistent and transparent communication, our client was able to progress by leaps and bounds. We supported our Client to help a large Gas Distribution company in the UK remove old techniques of winching pipe underground, a technique that was viewed as dangerous from a safety point of view but also harmful to the asset. We removed winches and introduced pushing technology to an operation delivering circa 2400km of replacement activity per year.
